Are the products authentic?

Are the shoes in the original box?
All shoes come in the original box with the retro card.

What size do you have?
We have a fixed size form , you can contact us about it . Most shoes are in European or US sizes. If you are not sure, please check the size conversion chart.

Do you do retail or wholesale?
We sell single pair of shoes as well as bulk purchases. Price is for retail orders. For wholesale, we offer 5-15% discount depending on quantity and quality of items. To qualify for wholesale discount your order must have minimum of 100 pairs.

Do you have custom shoes?
Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will contact you for further discussions.

How do I place orders?
You can place your order online, or via phone and fax. For online ordering, please write to order@sharenike.net ,for wholesale order ,please write to ,for customer service ,please write to sharenike@gmail.com£¬indicate what shoes you want with sizes, colors and quantities, preferably with pictures.Further more, please check our contact details pages.Once we receive your order, we will send you shoes once we get the money.

Can I order a pair of shoes as samples?
Yes, we accept samples orders.Ordering procedures are the same as mentioned above.Please note the additional shipping charges for order less than 10 pairs. Besides the unit price, we have to charge $20 more each pairs for shipping fee.

How long can I receive my shoes?
Shoes are shipped within two days after the order and delivery will take about one week. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

How the shoes are delivered?
Usually shoes are sent via air express like EMS¡¢TNT¡¢UPS.

How can I know my order status?
Once we send the shoes, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your shoes until they reach you.
